The Senior Client Partner drives profitable revenue growth, support s the development of best practices and serves as a role model of Engagement best practices.

The Senior Client Partner drive s growth through the nurturing and development of existing and new client accounts, focusing on Media Management . Key to the success of the Senior Client Partner is a clear understanding of client s ’ business es , ways of working and strategic ambitions .

Senior Client Partner will also be responsible for the overall revenue and profit growth for the Media Management service line in the UK and Irish business units. A strategically imperative part of our business that helps generate downstream revenues via other service lines.

Key responsibilities :

  • Account and Project Management
  • O wn and drive relationships with key client stakeholders across a portfolio of clients
  • Develop and maint ain account plans for all assigned clients , review progress regularly and plan course correc tions as appropriate
  • Follow established Eb iquity ways of working enabled by active use of Salesforce and other define d processes
  • Plan, organise and direct the completion of projects whilst ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and within scope
  • Schedule and lead, where applicable, client and internal status meetings
  • Leverage project management processes and tools to ensure efficient delivery of projects
  • Create project documentation including status updates, flash reports and change controls – scaled according to the size and importance of account

New business/ business development

  • P rospect and identify new business, respond to RFPs, write proposals and lead/ support pitches
  • Identify what resources are required to win and service each client and/or piece of work and will collaborate with other specialisms as required
  • Acquire and maintain a full understanding of Ebiquity’s product and solutions suite
  • Actively cross-sell other Ebiquity disciplines such as Marketing Effectiveness and Contract Compliance service lines

Eminence and brand development

  • R epresent Ebiquity at industry events , conferences and networking opportunities to enhance vis i bility
  • C ontribute towards profile-raising activities (e.g. panel participant at events, social media posts, etc ) in the UK and IE markets

Collaboration and communication

  • Foster a positive cultural environment and strong collaboration within the UK Engagement team
  • Build strong internal relationships e.g. with specialism stakeholders and functional services stakeholders
  • C ollaborate with UK Engagement peers and the Managing Director, UK and Ireland to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business strategies
  • Role model best practice sales and account management skills

Accelerating the scale of UK and Irish Media Management service line

  • Expediate profitable revenue growth of MM services
  • Enhance Ebiquity’s in-market reputation via thought leadership, profile building activities
  • Drive the sales strategy for the region, ensure best-in-class packs, optimum pricing
  • Deploy upskilling programme for market engagement teams
  • Embed deployment of GMP365 for Agency Selection contracts

What will you bring to the role:

You are an e xpert media practitioner with at least 1 5 years relevant experience and fully conversant in all media . You bring:

  • Excellent digital knowledge and ability to speak proficiently with clients about our digital products
  • Strong knowledge of the UK media market
  • Strong sales track record
  • Ability to have difficult conversations with the agencies around Ebiquity’s deliverables
  • Clear communication skills
  • A gility and flexibility to keep all internal stakeholders aware of what is happening on the accounts.
  • Ability to navigate through some of the client’s internal politics and ways of working

Measures of Success

You will d eli ve r and excee d absolute revenue and OP goals by project, by client and at a portfolio level, by period and annually ; you will be responsible for a revenue target of at least £1.5m and this will grow over time . This will include significant profitable growth of Media Management service line in UK and Ireland. Other metrics of success include:

  • New business success
  • Revenue from the c ross-sell and up-sell of Ebiquity Group services
  • Significant profitable growth of Media Management service line in UK and Ireland
  • Webinars, conference participation, internal training sessions
  • Client satisfaction and retention
  • Accuracy and timeliness of personal record keeping in Salesforce and other internal systems ( eg Asana)
