Xpert Resourcing are working with a prestigious business based in Ely. Our client has experienced rapid growth over the last year and is now seeking to expand the sales administration team.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with phone calls from customers and providing solutions to queries
- General administration duties
- Providing quotations to customers
- Liaising internally with other departments in the business to formalise quotations and arrange a date for despatch.
Experience/skills required:
- Previous experience of working in a administrative role which has involved speaking to customers over the phone
- IT Literacy - MS Word and Excel, intermediate level
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident and professional telephone manner
