Description

• Monitor and review P&L performance.
• Work closely with other departments to drive performance and deliver agreed numbers.
• Continuous analysis of profitbaility & performance.
• Support balance sheet management through the development and maintenance of accurate and timely forecasts.
• Understanding and interpretation of key financial reporting standards to ensure appropriate treatment within both management and financial accounts.
• Developing strategies and financial plans to drive the company's financial performance.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Leading and motivating a team of finance professionals

Profile

A successful Senior Commercial Finance Manager should have:

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Finance qualification- ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Proven experience within the financial services industry or a regulated environment.
• Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Confident working within a team or autonomously.
• Ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly strong excel skills.
