Senior Community Practitioner - Dual Diagnosis

You will deliver a range of evidence-based interventions using a recovery and strengths based approach with solution focused intervention. Identify, assess and work therapeutically with risk and trauma. Practice will be creative and underpinned by knowledge of, and skills in evidence based practice and psychosocial interventions. Constructive use of own supervision sessions, engagement in reflective practice, commitment to continuously develop self-awareness and work appropriately within professional boundaries.
