Senior Conveyancer - Chesterfield

An award winning and highly reputable, Legal 500 law firm are looking for a Senior Conveyancer to join their busy and growing team in Chesterfield.

The Role
* Work closely with the Company's Head of Residential Property Department.
* Offer technical support for junior members of the team.
* Dealing with clients and referrers on a variety of Residential Property purchase and sale transactions.
* Run a caseload of Residential Property matters and will be used to working with an IT case management system.
* You will also have a natural ability to work at pace and will be able to work autonomously with minimum supervision.
The Candidate
* Have experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion.
* Highly organised, efficient, and proactive who are committed to meeting deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure.
* Excellent all round communication skills providing good customer service and attention to detail is essential.
* You will be positively challenged and will be supported in the management of the team and the development of your role as a valued member of the Company.
