They are looking for a dedicated individual to join their dynamic team and ensure the flawless execution of projects from inception to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Designers to prepare production-ready artwork files
- Mentor junior team members to optimize the production handoff process
- Innovate solutions to overcome production challenges
- Liaise with suppliers and fabricators to uphold quality standards
- Generate comprehensive documentation to convey design intentions accurately
- Facilitate timely approval of artwork samples for production release
- Manage the organization and delivery of artwork files and supporting documents
- Prepare site elevations and essential documents for design implementation
- Demonstrate autonomy, attention to detail, and efficiency in your work
- Present confidently to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Background in environmental branding, architecture, signage, or related fields
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Portfolio showcasing detail and layout packs preparation
- Familiarity with wayfinding systems and associated documentation
