Job description

We're looking for a Senior Creative Producer London UK
The Culture, Engagement and Communications (CEC) team are responsible for clear storytelling of our Liberty Global strategy across our communications channels, creating engaging event experiences that connect leaders and employees across the Liberty Global family, and delivering inspiring creative content to enhance the brand experience across all touchpoints.
As Senior Creative Producer within the CEC team, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of internal film projects for cascade across the Liberty Global family:
Films for Brand storytelling (eg. Brand Values, End of Year film)
Films for key communication moments (e.g. initiative launches)
Films for Event Experiences (eg. Sizzle reels, stings/idents, event capture)
Virgin Media O2: Continue to support our operating companies when required (eg. External product campaign videos, CEO 'Piece to Camera' messages)
This role will dial up / dial down agency support required to deliver inspiring creative content - driving our strategic and cultural agenda.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Film Production
Produce video content end to end (from pre-production, capture, through to post-production and delivery)
Creating videos directly or by utilizing agencies/freelancers dependant on the business requirement
Effective planning, resource and budget management across multiple film projects to ensure high quality delivery for each project within budgets and timeframes
Video file management to ensure all footage and assets are organized, secure and archived effectively
Creative Ideation
Understanding stakeholder requirements to develop creative briefs, associated delivery milestones and measures of success
Creative ideation to advise on solutions; to ensure films tell the Liberty Global story to employees in a compelling way and support the Company's strategic priorities
Stay on top of the latest developments and trends in the creative industry to continuously grow, discover new ideas, and apply best practices
Stakeholder and Supplier Management
Effectively manage key stakeholders, including those in our executive leadership team, for each project ensuring all deliverables meet the business and budget needs in a timely manner
Manage relationships with key creative suppliers, freelancers and film production agencies - to partner collaboratively with them end-to-end
Continue to grow our network of suppliers globally by regularly scanning the market for industry-leading suppliers that can support with a variety of different film deliverables
Collaboration
Collaborate across the CEC team to align with the brand, tone and messaging, continuously drive improvements, and explore how video messages can be cascaded and re-purposed across multiple employee channels
Ensure strong relationships are built with our department and business stakeholders; demonstrating that you live our values of being Agile, Straight-up, Limitless and United
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Preferred education/ knowledge
Relevant experience in Film Production, Videography or related background
Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
Relevant experience and a strong portfolio
Proficiency with camera, lighting and sound equipment
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects)
Experience in pre-production planning and post-production workflows
Proven experience working with external suppliers in the film/creative industry
Skills & abilities
Creative thinker with a passion for film production
Experience working in a (corporate/internal events/communications) environment
Flexible and willing to travel and work outside of office hours to attend film shoots and events as required
Hands-on and a team player
Calm under pressure in a fast paced environment
Capacity to manage multiple projects at once; with the ability to prioritize, take projects through to completion, meeting budgets and deadlines
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and evolving plans
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Keen eye for detail with the ability to follow brand guidelines
