Description
- Effective management of customer accounts
- Timely collection of payments and resolution of payment discrepancies
- Regular preparation and presentation of reports on accounts receivable
- Close collaboration with the sales team to ensure credit risk is minimized
- Continuous improvement of credit control processes

Profile
A successful Senior Credit Controller should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in credit control or a similar role
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
