Form of workKCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this successful business to recruit a Senior Credit Controller. Your duties will be as follows:
- Maintaining good relationships when dealing with customers and external parties
- Acting as a point of contact for all queries received by email and over the phone
- Responsible for checking contracts
- Reviewing sales invoices and importing into the finance system
- Reviewing invoices and processing claims for payment
- Assisting with the collection of debts and the reconciliation of accounts
- Liaising with the team to support them with more complex debt issues
- Assisting with other administration; checking contracts, drafting/reviewing letters
- Assisting in year-end audit queries
- Providing assistance and support to the Credit Control Manager
You will have worked as a Credit Controller previously, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be highly empathetic. Strong Word and Excel skills are essential.
