This Senior Credit Control role offers growth and development for the right candidate, and you will work closely with the Accounts teams, the wider organisation and external stakeholders.
The Senior Credit controller role includes but not limited to, (and most certainly welcomes the employee to grow the position further):
- Monitor and manage the debtor ledger to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers to assess risk.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities and customer communications.
- Liaise with customers via phone and email to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans.
- Issue month end invoicing
- Raising credit notes
- Reconciling accounts
- Ad hoc queries and tasks
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a credit control position
- Good excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
