A fantastic opportunity to join an in incredibly skilled Marketing team to help steer their digital campaigns. We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and analytically minded.
This company is on a strong growth phase in the Automotive space. You will be working closely with the Sales team and other key stakeholders to identify and maximise opportunities in all campaigns. The focus is on data insights and performance optimisation, so someone with a Data Analysis background would be a perfect fit. There is a strong digital marketing team around you working with both the retail and B2B members of the Brand and Communications team you will plan, record and monitor campaigns to improve ROI.
You will be the engine of the brand and communications team with an opportunity to make a real impact for both our customers and our commercial success.
You must have experience of:
- Using Power BI
- 3 years' experience of either a retail or B2B Marketing environment
- Analysing large datasets with the ability to interpret the output into presentable summaries and insight with clear recommendations to drive marketing campaigns
- Maintaining and improving data integrity as a priority
- Competent experience of working within a CRM environment
- CRM driven marketing communication programmes operating within GDPR and pecr frameworks
- Campaign management inc. planning, recording, performance analysis (KPIs) and reporting
- A passion for being organised with an attention to detail
- Truly excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, record and report on CRM lead automation progammes of activity with the Brand and Comms team
- Support the creation of and management of data sets, dashboards and tools, delivering customer insight reports to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Analysis of customer data sets across all segments to help identify commercially attractive opportunities and improve personalised direct communication, ROI and sales.
- Provide an expert point of contact for internal and external data management providers / partners
- Ensure the business remains GDPR compliant within the Marketing function with respect to the capture, storage, processing and use of customer data, including all external Marketing data agencies and providers.
- Build a more robust picture of customer loyalty in the business and help identify opportunities to improve retention, creating KPIs to track success.
