Role: Senior CRM Executive (Manager)
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid 1 day in office a week)

With an expansive portfolio of brands, our client boasts a vast customer database of over 15 million records. As a Senior CRM Executive, you will play a pivotal role in deploying email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, utilising Adobe Campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement email, SMS, and Push notifications for our portfolio of brands.
- Assess, optimize & deliver quarterly campaign plans, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and achieve targets.
- Develop, support, and challenge direct reports to reach their potential.
- Act as lead contact for high-profile company-wide campaigns, coordinating scheduling, build, and final approval with accuracy.
- Manage content libraries, liaising with external agencies to obtain and process required assets.
- Complete accurate data briefs reflecting campaign requirements and obtaining approval from various stakeholders.
- Plan, review, build, and deploy campaigns within Adobe Campaign, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform Quality Assurance on campaign extracts for other team members.
- Work with Email Developers to ensure correct HTML assets, including personalized and data-driven content.
Skills and Experience:
- A good understanding of the Database Marketing sector, acquired through a degree or entry role in the sector.
- Work experience manipulating, segmenting, and selecting data through a marketing campaign tool or database (e.g., IBM Unica, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce).
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with data and developing best practices skills through training, preferably using Adobe Campaign.
- Exposure and understanding of an email broadcast tool, and/or HTML.
- Ability to quickly pick up technical systems, with an aptitude and keenness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and appreciation for following processes and treating data securely.
- Experience managing one or more direct reports, with the ability to coach, train, support, and challenge.
- Good team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
