- Braze experience is highly preferable but also open to similar alternatives
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar CRM role, managing the execution and delivery of direct to consumer (D2C) CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, in-app) essential.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CMS systems preferred, but not essential.
- You will also be self-starter by nature, with a great work ethic and a keen desire to learn.
- A problem solver who is motivated and organised to deliver work to a high standard and to deadlines.
- You have the initiative and genuine interest to review campaign performance and make data-driven decisions on optimisation.
- Knowledge of content subscription businesses advantageous and preferred, but not essential.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced, fluid environment where requirements will frequently evolve based on partner, strategy, and product priorities.
