Reporting into the CRM Manager and working alongside a CRM Exec, you’ll be responsible for increasing engagement, usage and retention numbers across all their products.

With solid experience in CRM automation and testing, you’ll be accountable for optimising and developing customer journey automations for email, push and in-app channels.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the customer journey automations such as welcome and retention for various brands
• Make use of all the CRM channels to result in the biggest impact
• Utilise data and segmentation to ensure journeys are more personalised and relevant
• Collaborate with the CRM Manager to plan and build new journeys
• Carry out thorough A/B testing and optimisation to ensure journeys work more successfully
• Report on performance of journeys and deliver findings and insight to the wider business

Experience:

• Proven experience in CRM and customer journey automations
• Experience with an ESP
• Edvidence of commercial results from optimising and advancing current automations
• Ability to multitask – specifically with A/B testing plans across numerous journeys
• Hands on experience with customer data and segmentation
• Solid reporting skills
• Experience managing stakeholders
