THE COMPANY
A large growing retailer in the health and beauty industry, they are committed to developing new products in line with customer needs and wants. They are keen to expand their data capabilities to provide more insights into this, so they are looking for this role to support on all things customer analytics!
THE ROLE
As the Senior Customer Analyst, you will be the main point of contact for all things customer insights. You will also:
- Be the lead in customer analytics within the brand
- Use SQL to make sense of large sets of data and to extract useful insights into customer lifetime value, customer churn, and retention
- Conduct customer segmentation through data modelling and analysis, producing targeting marketing and a personalised customer experience
- Run series of A/B testing on campaigns to understand the customer journey, helping to improve retention and decrease churn
YOUR SKILLS
A successful candidate for this role will have:
- Strong technical abilities in SQL for data analytics
- Experience in customer analytics, particularly customer lifetime value, retention and loyalty
- Excellent communication skills for sharing insights and providing recommendations to stakeholders
- Ability to work as an individual contributor with drive and autonomy, in a wider well-supported team

- Base annual salary up to £60,000 DOE
