Senior Customer Service Advisor

£22,000 - £24,000 plus bonus
37.5 hours per week
Our client, a student accommodation in the heart of Edinburgh, is seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor to lead and support their team.
As a Senior CSA, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a wide range of services. From the initial visit to booking a room, logging maintenance requests, or simply needing someone to talk to, you will ensure exceptional Customer Service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritise safety and welfare by strictly adhering to all relevant policies and processes in the organisation.
- Develop a thorough understanding of all statutory and legal responsibilities and ensure that colleagues are aware of the importance of these duties. Foster an environment where safety and welfare are never overlooked.
- Cultivate a culture where team members feel comfortable raising any concerns about the properties or practises.
- Adhere to GDPR guidelines and handle customer data with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
Front of House
- Create a welcoming and effective front of house service.
- Handle customer enquiries through various channels, including email, website, telephone, and in person.
- Process customer payments with great attention to detail, following company policies and procedures.
- Receive and distribute post and courier deliveries, keeping customers updated accordingly.
Experience & Events
- Plan and facilitate events for residents, including marketing, room setup, and takedown.
- Ensure all value-added services, such as refreshments and snacks, are well-maintained and available for customer use.
- Maintain common rooms and lounges, ensuring they are tidy and inviting for customer use.

Experience:
- 2 years of Customer Service experience (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in student accommodation or hospitality (preferred)
