Senior Customer Strategy & Insights Executive | CX
London / Hybrid working

Kantar’s CX team handles data like no other in Kantar’s Insights division. We support our clients to tap into experiences, understand how to improve them, make them more meaningful and stand out from the crowd. As a Senior Customer Strategy & Insights Executive, you’ll work with your clients to identify changes that matter at both a tactical and strategic level. Partnering with world class technology platform providers Medallia and Qualtrics helps us to collect data in the moments that matter, dive deep to analyse it, and provide compelling insights on the nuances of the experience. You will be at the forefront of driving this insight and also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new client initiatives. We are looking for a Senior Customer Strategy & Insights Executive to join our CX team. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and the most appropriate research design to meet these objectives. You are working towards becoming a recognised CX expert in research design and insight delivery. Your goal is the delivery of high quality CX insights and recommendations that will enable clients to improve their customer experience strategies.
What you’ll be doing
  • You will demonstrate a passion for CX, a willingness to learn and a desire and hunger to improve your skills
  • You will lead various small client projects from brief through to analysis and debrief, with consistently high quality and reliability, ensuring a happy client.
  • You will support seniors on larger more complex projects – taking a proactive lead on driving the project forward, managing internal teams efficiently escalating where appropriate and necessary.
  • Great communication skills are key – you will be clear, confident, persuasive and empathetic with clients and colleagues.
  • You will be expected to contribute to our collaborative culture, with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to your work
The skills & experience needed as Senior Research Executive
  • Must have experience in Quantitative Research, ideally within CX
  • Must have an analytical and insight driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communicator (written and verbally) and client management experience
  • Experience in developing and landing actionable insights for the client’s organisation
  • Dynamic and proactive attitude with a curious mind and a thirst for knowledge and learning.
