Reporting to the Deputy Director of Admissions, you will work in close partnership with colleagues in Marketing, International and Outreach teams to embed a service wide approach to data analysis, insight, and reporting, developing a robust data driven approach to student recruitment.
The University of Leeds is one of the largest and most successful recruiters of students in the sector. As the Senior Data and Analytics Manager for Student Recruitment, you will be responsible for the development, presentation, and reporting of student recruitment data, ensuring key insight and analysis is available to stakeholders to inform key decision points. This is a new role and an exciting opportunity for you to develop a responsive and visual reporting capability within admissions and Integrated Student Recruitment which will enable data driven decision making. Key to the role is a commitment to data quality and accuracy, and a talent for building good working relationships and trusted, positive partnerships.
You will be capable of bringing a range of stakeholders together and influencing them to ensure alignment of activities to establish and meet strategic priorities. You will embed a culture of continuous improvement and will identify and implement opportunities to streamline and harmonise processes, to raise quality standards and to improve data accuracy, interpretation, and reporting capability in Integrated Student Recruitment.
The role is a campus-based role with the ability to work remotely when appropriate. There will, on occasion, be weekend and evening on-campus work required, specifically in August.
