The Role: Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Analyse genetic, clinical, and multi-omic data
• Build ML models for precision medicine
• Develop new features for the precision medicine platform
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team of bioinformaticians, Data Scientists, and statisticians
• Lead and take ownership of projects
• Present findings to the wider team and externally  

Your profile:

• PhD or MSc in Bioinformatics, Data Science, or a related discipline, with biological domain knowledge
• Background in genetics/experience with genetic data
• Experience with clinical data or real world data
• Experience with omics data is a plus
• Experience with Machine Learning
• Programming in Python and R and experienced with HPC, Linux, and version control (Git)
• Knowledge of inflammatory diseases is desirable
