Senior Designer – 4 Day Week

And as their Senior Designer, you’ll be contributing to their strategic creative brand development. This unique role offers a chance for a highly conceptual Senior Designer to work 4 days a week, shaping and expanding this consultancy’s creative brand strategy offering. Renowned for their Consumer Insight Research, they are seeking a collaborative and ambitious creative with at least 5 years’ agency experience to pioneer and help build their in-house creative offering.

Currently relying on freelancers and external agencies, their aim is to incorporate creative design at the inception of their process. As a Senior Designer, you will engage with a team passionate about branding’s impact on consumers and work on groundbreaking projects in diverse markets such as FMCG, Travel, Beauty, and Food & Drink. From workshops to brand identities, brand worlds to packaging design, microbiomes to activation & experiences your role will encompass both print and digital design, requiring an exceptional eye for design, typography and brand assets.

This is an opportunity to establish their creative offering, demanding a professional self- starter with gravitas who can seamlessly transition from designing presentations and pitch decks to conceptualizing entire projects. Adept in print and digital design, any additional superpowers like motion, video, or illustration will be much welcomed. This is a close-knit team of eight, which operates from pet-friendly offices in London, EC1, and promotes hybrid working (they are in the office at least 2 days a week), emphasizing health & wellness benefits.
