As the Senior Designer you'll be determined to be hands on, collaborative, all whilst driving exciting, high quality newness for the categories you oversee.

SENIOR DESIGNER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reporting directly into the Head of Homewear
• You will set the scene at the beginning of each season
• You'll be able to deliver strategic messages for your department
• As the Senior Designer you'll be experienced with sourcing and reviewing the supply base
• Develop & motivate your team members
• Ability to identify gaps in all ranges
• Motivate your total product team with exciting product ideas, trends and newness
• Aim to protect and elevate the brand at all times
• You must have a proven ability to sketch and create your own cads
• Ability to conduct reporting and analysis if required on the market & your competition
• Looking after and ensuring the best construction and fabric quality is always on offer
• Experienced with homewear product, along with the materials, textiles and trims
• Work closely with your product tech to ensure quality and compliance is always being met
• Good understanding of legislation & compliance around homewear is desired
• Utilise wider team to obtain commercial info around best sellers
• Contribute to weekly trade actions
