Exciting role offers the chance to work within a creative product category and collaborate closely with Marks & Spencer (M&S) on cutting-edge food projects.
As a Senior Development Chef, you will be at the forefront of developing new and innovative food products. Your culinary expertise will drive the creation of products from concept through to launch, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and taste.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Production, and Quality Assurance, to bring your culinary visions to life. Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with M&S, helping to shape products that align with their esteemed brand.
To be successful in this role, you will need experience as a Development Chef within the food manufacturing industry. Your ability to manage multiple projects, coupled with strong communication and teamwork skills, will be crucial.
