We are actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Development Scientist to join our vibrant community at Oak Tree House, West Craven Drive, Earby, Lancashire, BB18 6JZ.
As a Senior Development Scientist, you are responsible for the development of new analytical methods as required by clients or regulations. You will arrange for work to be done to deliver the projects, you will offer troubleshooting support to the wider operations teams and provide validation and technical expertise.
Hours of Work: 40 hrs. Monday - Friday, 8 hour days, 30 min break
Senior Development Scientist Requirements:
- Good analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Confident verbal reasoning skills
- Good IT skills
- Extensive experience with HPLC, GC, MS
- Technical experience of using a CDS
- Experience with root cause analysis
- Experience of working directly with customers
- Experience in using statistical packages
- Experience in using Thermo instrumentation
- Experience with Chromeleon
- Knowledge of E&L desirable as this is our focus for the future
- 35,000 - 52,000 per annum
- Broughton Day option of a fixed day off every 2 or 3 weeks through salary sacrifice
