Reporting to the NPD Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the concept to launch process and so increase the speed at which new innovations can arrive in market.
This could involve everything and anything from management of factory trials at stage three to ensure viability of lines along with costings and compatibility with retailer needs.
In conjunction with the commercial and category teams, your retailer relationships will be utilized to enable the winning of new lines.
Your flexibility to “be involved” is more important than your experience.
As such your desire to learn will increase your opportunity to earn skills which will support your wider career growth across the group.
With 4-10 years’ experience of NPD innovation or technical development, this will provide an opportunity to develop your career and lead to future promotion.
