EXCLUSIVE - Senior Account Manager - Up to GBP40k - UK Remote Only (1 day in Manchester per month) Agency

They are now on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager who can come in, nurture their client relationships and provide strong, tailored, digital strategies to help push them to the next level!

The perfect candidate will be an ambitious and motivated individual from an ecommerce background, who is always striving to expand their skills and knowledge. You will also need a natural gift for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and connecting with their brand.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and identifying a clients business problem and identify strategies and tactics that can help solve it.
  • Be able to use data to identify opportunities for the client.
  • Use industry insights, available data and their own knowledge to provide the team context to decision making.
  • Be comfortable presenting to clients and prospective clients.
  • Be the "voice of the client" within the agency.
  • Working on new business pitches

  • A driven individual seeking the chance to improve the agency's culture and growth.
  • As a strategic problem solver, you take pleasure in producing high-quality work, knowing the business obstacles faced by your clients, and going above and beyond to meet their objectives.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, whether on the phone, email, or a presentation.
  • You have expertise creating and managing important customer relationships, and you know what it takes to establish and preserve successful commercial partnerships.
  • You're always planning ahead to identify possible problems before they happen and coming up with solutions.
  • You possess extensive knowledge across digital marketing and have managed e-commerce campaigns, with particular expertise in Search, Shopping, Social Media, and SEO.
  • Capable of analysing and interpreting data to support suggestions for improvement, using Google Analytics.
  • As a seasoned manager, you take pleasure in imparting your knowledge and experience to develop wider team members.
