We are looking for a Senior Digital Portfolio Manager, who will ensure that our portfolio of projects is planned, prioritised and effectively delivered by DWP Digital.

As an experienced Senior Digital Portfolio Manager, you will ensure controls are in place for managing plans, risks, issues and dependencies to effective resolution across your area of responsibility.

In Portfolio Management, we use mature tooling to track digital projects, and you will provide assurance to Digital Directors, that delivery of our portfolio is on target, intervening or escalating as appropriate where delivery outcomes are at risk.

We are looking for someone who leads and builds strategic relationships, influences stakeholders and who is proactive with engagement. You will be able to identify risks and ensure standards are met.

You will identify and prioritise new work that aligns to our Digital Strategy, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to support the impact of new work, monitoring project benefits against business case predictions.

We collaborate across the DWP, Cabinet Office and HM Treasury to build strong relationships and promote the Digital Group’s strategy and keep vital services and systems operating for our customers.

You will help to ensure DWP comply and apply the various aspects of the Cross-Government Control frameworks.
