Our client is a seeking an E-Business Adviser to play a pivotal role in the delivery of the London E-Business Support Programme. The Programme is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund to offer support specifically aimed at helping small business owners in London make better use of digital technology to enhance their online presence. This role involves assisting SMEs in adopting effective e-business and digital practices to enhance and grow their operations.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Engage with SMEs to understand their needs and help and their use of existing digital tools.
- Support SMEs in developing their skills and knowledge related to digital tools including website development, SEO, social media, digital marketing, CRM, and information security.
- Coordinate the services of a team of freelance E-Business Advisers, ensuring project milestones and KPIs are met.
- Ensure compliance with delivery documentation and complete claims documentation for outputs and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Able to take initiative with strong time management skills.
- Experience with providing advice and support to businesses.
- Familiarity with digital tools in order to assist with business growth.
- Passion in supporting overall business growth.
Desirable experience:
- Previous involvement in Business Support funded Projects
