Senior E-commerce Executive

JOB TITLE: SENIOR E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE 

Department: E-commerce
The Senior E-commerce Executive is responsible for overseeing the E-commerce channels of Turnbull & Asser globally. The role reports to the Head of E-commerce and works closely with the other senior members of the business to accomplish revenue budgets and implement strategies that help the business and the brand achieve its objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the T&A websites
• Recommend and implement optimisations such as product recommendations and merchandising
• Implement bi-weekly homepage design updates across our websites
• Manage photo shooting schedule for E-commerce and support the marketing team for creative shootings.
• Responsible for weekly trade reports
• Work hand in hand with our 3rd party E-commerce agency to improve key website KPI’s such as conversion rate, AOV & number of transactions across all territories as well as UX improvements
• Work with the marketing team and our digital marketing agency to improve both quality of traffic and customer acquisition across PPC, SEO, Display, Shopping, Paid Social & Affiliates
• Be the day-to-day point of contact for our 3PL for E-commerce.
• Support Customer Service Coordinator to ensure customer queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
• Liaise with production to ensure timely delivery of products for seasonal launches
• Be able to research the market to discover new trends and technologies to improve website performance
• Be able to analyse data to deliver data driven strategies to optimise  online performance and achieve KPI’s

• Work with external agencies to manage & implement our international strategy

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role using Shopify Plus
• Proactive and driven to ensure the online business performance is maximise
• Confidence in helping develop and overseeing retail and eCommerce focused strategies

• Excellent understanding of UX, web design and customer journey
• Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation
• Understanding and experience with SEO
• Intermediate to advance Excel and Power Point skills
• Proven experience collating, transforming, and analysing data
• Intermediate to advance skills with Google Analytics

5 days a week in office in central London 

NICE TO HAVES

• Understanding and experience in UX, Adobe Photoshop, Teamwork
• Any experience of website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis

• Experience within luxury fashion and a customer-centre approach to tasks
