Job Title: Senior Ecommerce Executive

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Benefits
Work Schedule: 2/3 days in the office
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ecommerce Executive to join a fantastic organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and optimisation of our ecommerce platform, with a specific focus on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO). This role will play a critical part in enhancing the user experience, increasing conversion rates, and ultimately maximising revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRO strategies to improve website performance and increase conversion rates across all channels.
- Conduct thorough analysis of website data, including user behaviour, traffic patterns, and sales trends, to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to execute initiatives aimed at enhancing the ecommerce experience.
- Utilise A/B testing and other analytical tools to optimise website elements such as layout, content, navigation, and checkout process.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ecommerce performance and provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ecommerce and CRO to maintain a competitive edge.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the ecommerce team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce management, with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimise.
- Demonstrated success in implementing CRO strategies and driving measurable improvements in conversion rates and revenue.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous optimisation.
- Up-to-date knowledge of ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Previous experience in mentoring or managing a team is desirable but not essential.
