A progressive, rewarding yet challenging position has been presented to us from a very well-established design consultancy that has expressed impressive growth plans for both the business and its London office for the next 5 years. With plans to double their team in London, they require a Senior Electrical Design Engineer who can come in and take on the responsibilities to lead and manage teams whilst possessing the aspirations and motivations to step up through the ranks in the near future.

Their client base consists predominately of repeat business with both private and public sector clients, with projects ranging in size and sector. Some of the sectors they work across include; Commercial, Higher Education, Mixed-Use, Hospitality and Healthcare to name but a few. Reporting to the Executive team, as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer you will be responsible for a team of junior engineers as well as nurturing the existing client base with regular meetings and site visits. With the exposure to work within several sectors, you have the autonomy here to pick and choose what you work on.

Your role as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer :

* Producing calculations, specifications and drawings, or helping the junior engineers in doing so.

* Drive projects from concept to completion.

* Client meetings, site visits, dilapidation reports, witnessing, surveys.

* Be able to work on their own as well as part of a multi-disciplined team.

As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will need :

* Exemplary knowledge of British Standards and Building Regulations

* Degree Qualified

* Solid understanding of Revit, CAD and Amtech

* Work to strict timescales and SLA's
