What will you do?
• Provide technical support on electrical activities to the Production Unit.
• Oversee high voltage work, safety certificates, and excavations as a Senior Authorized Electrical Person (SAEP) and signatory
• Assist in managing electrical aspects of HSSE regulations for the Production Unit, looking for ways to improve and replace assets.
• Offer specialised electrical engineering support to the Production Unit and serve as the main contact for Electrical Management of Change.
• Carry out all Production Unit HV and LV distribution switching activities.
• Ensure scheduled switchgear maintenance inspections are completed as needed.
• Represent the department in meetings.
• Develop plans for electrical and temporary supply shutdowns and oversee their implementation.

What will you need?
• Minimum ONC/HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient understanding of high voltage distribution systems and familiarity with hazardous areas and equipment.
• Familiarity with petrochemical repair and manufacturing techniques applicable to both workshop and plant environments.
• Full UK driving licence.
