This large central London based NHS Trust is currently looking to recruit a Senior Employee Relations Advisor, a key role within their Human Resources team, who will provide advice and guidance on a range of Employee Relations issues.

Description
The Senior Employee Relations Advisor duties will include:
- Ensuring that disciplinary, employee led complaints (ELC's), performance management and sickness absence cases are progressed in accordance with policy
- Reviewing paperwork for each case to determine whether to proceed to a formal stage
- Evaluating investigation information and reporting on findings
- Supporting managers where they need to present report findings to an independent panel.
- Providing ER advice and support to the Chair of an independent panel for cases ensuring hearings are conducted in line with policy
- Developing strategies for the management of cases in collaboration with ER colleagues, line managers and lawyers.
Profile
The successful Senior Employee Relations Advisor will be Qualified or actively studying towards their CIPD qualification and should have knowledge of applying Agenda for Change terms and conditions of employment.
Your previous exposure should include dealing with and managing a complex and varied ER caseload within a unionised environment.
Previous staff management experience is preferred, but not essential.
As this is a temporary position you should be available to work at short notice.
Job Offer
An hourly rate of £20 - £28 per hour
