Are you passionate about Employee Relations (ER) and looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy working with various stakeholders and supporting ER projects?
We have an exciting opportunity to join our ER Team as a Senior ER Advisor! We're looking for a personable and professional individual to work in conjunction with our People Partnering and People Services Teams to support the ER aspect in the delivery of the People Stratergy across Acacium Group.
In this role you will provide an effect, robust advisory service to people managers and employees via effect case management, being the expert in this area. You will play a key role in building people manager capability across the Acacium Group in proactively addressing ER concerns to lead to earlier interventions and less requirement to enter formal ER procedures.?

Every day you will...
- Provide advice on best practice and manage all aspects of ER for all staff including disciplinary, capability, grievance, absenteeism, redundancy & restructure, consultations regarding changing terms and conditions of employment, and dismissal procedures
- Take ownership for any specific investigations to include conducting investigations, drafting letters, arranging and attending hearings across all divisions and locations within Acacium Group and where necessary ensuring actions are agreed and monitored through to completion
- Provide general advice on People policies and procedures, drafting new policies where necessary and administering amendments to existing policies with changes in employment legislation
- Work alongside People partners on organisational redesign activity and provide administrative support where required
- Undertake project work to ensure the company’s and People Team’s objectives are delivered

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...
- A CIPD level 5-7
- Experience in a Senior ER role
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management skills with experience in managing various ER projects
