Job Description
This firm is keen to expand its Glasgow office, and the position would be suitable for lawyers with 3-4 years’ PQE, however, candidates out-with this PQE level are also encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of Employment Law, catering to both employee and employer clients. Responsibilities will include employment tribunals, settlement agreements, drafting contracts of employment and other documents, and assisting the Corporate Team with matters from an Employment Law perspective when needed. The role also offers the opportunity to be involved in the firm’s Sports Law team where you could expect to provide advice on image rights, departures, and contract negotiations.
To be considered for this role, applicants should have prior experience with Employment Law legislation and exposure to employment tribunal practices and procedures. While a good understanding of sports law would be beneficial, it is not essential.
