Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of technical and operational execution on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of engineering expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for excellence to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site technical and engineering aspects of construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise site engineering teams, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues that arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and review technical reports, blueprints, and project documentation.
- Liaise with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their requirements are met with the highest standards of service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in site engineering within the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in engineering software and project management tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have Rail expereicne
- Must have PTS (up to date)
