Senior Equipment Engineer / Equipment Engineer - Ireland - Onsite position Highly competitive salary, plus bonus up to 10% AND incredible employee benefits!

microTECH global has partnered with an international leading semiconductor company who are going through huge growth plans. They are currently hiring several Equipment Engineers to be based onsite in Ireland.

Responsibilities:

Support Daily Operation of Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility with proven skills in effective problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis

Lead cross functional teams in a systematic approach to continuous improvement, using data driven analysis and decision making

Drive Continuous Improvement of KPI's of semiconductor manufacturing Equipment such as % Availability, Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR) & Mean-Time-Between-Failure (MTBF)

To be considered you will need the following:

6-10 years of experience - Maintenance Technician or Engineer, ideally coming from a highly regulated environment or an Equipment Maintenance role within the Semiconductor industry.

Background within one of the following areas: Furnace, Ion Implant, Photolithography, Plasma Etch, Dry Etch, Wet Etch, PVD, CVD, Deposition.

Capable of demonstrating analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, 5-why), and First Time Right repair skills.

Experience with either of the following tools sets with be hugely beneficial:

Applied Material Implanters & Deposition Platforms

Akrion Wet benches

Aviza Furnaces

TEL Tracks

Nikon Steppers

LAM Etchers

Novellus Deposition Platforms

Semitool Wet Chemistry Platforms
