Rare opportunity for an Estimator to join a family ran contractor in Bedford

The Estimator will be tendering as part of the commercial team on a range of new-build and refurbishment projects between £100k and £7M in value.
Sectors include; education, healthcare, recreation, refurbishment, industrial and commercial.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a well-established contractor with an excellent reputation in the industry, boasting ongoing projects for repeat clients.
The role - Estimator
You will be predominantly office based , working from their office in Bedford. They own the offices / land and you will enjoy working from a countryside location.
You will be Estimating schemes ranging from £100k - £7m, new build and refurbishment.
You will be fully supported by their Director. Great atmosphere in the office, good management team who believe in all working together to get the job done!
About you..
You will be an experienced Estimator with general contracting experience.
