Experienced Events Professional with strong experience of managing medium to large scale event
THE COMPANY
Our client is one of the top universities in the world and is based in the heart of London.
THE ROLE
In the job of Events Officer you will plan and manage the delivery of medium and large scale events to support the busy student recruitment activities across a portfolio of courses (eg Open Days, Offer Holder Events etc)
In particular you will
- project manage medium to large scale events both face-to-face and online
- manage and produce online events
- identify marketing and content opportunities to promote the events
- plan and copywrite event communications
- lead on the creation of event assets (printed, promotional and visual)
- create post event evaluation report
YOU
As the successful candidate you have
- an excellent track record of managing medium and large scale events (both virtual and in person)
- excellent stakeholder management skills in medium to large scale projects or event
- ability to analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to inform future event activity
- strong writing and editing skills
- the ability to work outside 'normal' hours for evening and weekend events
Previous experience of event management in the Higher Education sector would be an advantage but is not a must have.
YOU MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK AND NATIVE LEVEL ENGLISH SKILLS.
