The Executive Support Team provide efficient, professional services to members of the Executive and the academic school Deans. This role will be to support the Principal and Vice-Chancellor during a period of maternity cover.
Reporting to the Head of the Vice Chancellor’s Office, the successful individual will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be proactive in supporting the achievement of the University’s Strategy 2030 goals. You will thrive in a busy and demanding environment that requires the ability to multi-task effectively, and will be confident and professional. You will have strong administrative and organisational skills, ideally gained within a Higher Education environment. You will be an active member in the wider Executive Support team, contributing to University activities such as Graduation events and meeting and greeting VIP stakeholders and guests.
