The Role:

My client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior FF&E Designer to join our growing team. In this key role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic and functionality of our projects, from concept development to final installation. You will work closely with designers, architects, and clients to ensure a seamless and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• • Lead and manage the FF&E design process for assigned projects, ensuring a cohesive and client-driven approach.

• • Develop creative and innovative FF&E concepts aligned with project briefs and budget constraints.

• • Conduct extensive product research and source high-quality furniture, finishes, lighting, and artwork from a diverse range of suppliers, both locally and internationally.

• • Negotiate pricing and manage FF&E budgets effectively.

• • Create detailed FF&E specifications, schedules, mood boards, and presentations for client approval.

• • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of all FF&E elements.

• • Collaborate with the design team to ensure a cohesive and integrated design approach across all disciplines.

• • Participate in site visits and manage installation processes to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.

• • Contribute to the studio's creative development by staying abreast of industry trends and researching new design resources and products.

You are a perfect fit if you:

• • Possess a minimum of 7 years' experience as an FF&E Designer in a reputable design firm.

• • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality FF&E designs for prestigious residential and commercial projects.

• • Hold a bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

• • Possess exceptional design skills and a keen eye for detail.

• • Are a highly organized and resourceful individual with excellent time management skills.

• • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.

• • Are a team player with a collaborative spirit and a positive attitude.
