SENIOR FINANCE AND OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

We are currently looking for a professional Senior Finance and Operations Administrator. It is a diverse role, where you will be the lynchpin of our organisation. Handling changing priorities and managing conflicting workload deadlines through excellent organisation, prioritisation and sound decision making. This opportunity encompasses both financial management and day-to-day office operations.

Financial Management Responsibilities
- Sales ledger & invoicing
- Maintain accurate and meticulous financial records via data into Xero
- Liaising with existing customers
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Monitor and manage petty cash, expenses, and budget tracking
- Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records
General Office Responsibilities
- Ensuring best practice in line with ISO 9001
- Organisation of meetings including documentation preparation and invitations
- Attending weekly management meetings, typing up the minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
- Provide general administrative support to Directors and the team
- Prepping documents for new starter onboarding
- Management of the Kanban task planning system/EOS
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process associated travel expenses
- Inputting customer data into various platforms
- Welcoming guests to the office
- Assist in organising team events and socials
Requirements
- Ideally educated to degree level, preferably a degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping and/or office administration
- Experience of improving and devising new administrative processes
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping / data input
- Advanced technology proficiency
- Xero experience is preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Competent in online collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams/Zoom)
