SENIOR FINANCE AND OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
Salary Range: GBP35,000 to GBP40,000

We are currently looking for a professional Senior Finance and Operations Administrator. It is a diverse role, where you will be the lynchpin of our organisation. Handling changing priorities and managing conflicting workload deadlines through excellent organisation, prioritisation and sound decision making. This opportunity encompasses both financial management and day-to-day office operations.

Our mission is to bridge the in-vehicle safety technology gap between domestic and commercial vehicles, bringing advanced safety and security technology to commercial vehicles and their drivers.
Exeros is an exciting and pioneering business; we were the first company to be approved by TFL to fit CCTV systems in London s taxis and are now the preferred technology partner for many national and international commercial fleets including the RAC and National Highways and the AA.

Financial Management Responsibilities
Sales ledger & invoicingMaintain accurate and meticulous financial records via data into XeroLiaising with existing customersSetting up new customer accountsMonitor and manage petty cash, expenses, and budget trackingMaintain an organised filing system for documents and records General Office Responsibilities
Ensuring best practice in line with ISO 9001Organisation of meetings including documentation preparation and invitationsAttending weekly management meetings, typing up the minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are completedProvide general administrative support to Directors and the teamPrepping documents for new starter onboardingManagement of the Kanban task planning system/EOSCoordinate travel arrangements and process associated travel expensesInputting customer data into various platformsWelcoming guests to the officeAssist in organising team events and socials Requirements
Ideally educated to degree level, preferably a degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related disciplineMinimum of 5 years experience in bookkeeping and/or office administrationExperience of improving and devising new administrative processesKnowledge of general bookkeeping / data inputAdvanced technology proficiencyXero experience is preferredHighly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookCompetent in online collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams/Zoom) Desired Skills
Excellent organisation and time-management skillsComfortable using initiative and being resourcefulExcellent interpersonal, influencing and relationship management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlinesMust be process driven with meticulous attention to detailAbility to manage confidential information with discretion and diplomacyFast learner capable of understanding new technologies and features/benefits of our product/solution offeringHelpful to have a full driving UK license and happy to go through a criminal background check
