SalaryForge Talent have been engaged to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner for a rapidly growing PE-Backed Technology business based in Manchester.
Main responsibilities:
- Be the conduit between Finance and operational teams in delivering & understanding complex financial information.
- Represent the CFO as part of the Divisional leadership team attending all divisional meetings.
- Frequently meet with the business to assist in explaining the financial information, building of budgets and forecasts and take joint ownership with the Divisional leads in owning the financial performance and planning.
- Take ownership from a support and governance perspective on the creation of financial models to support commercial decision making on new business, investments cases and reorgs/restructures.
- Responsible for the delivery of the annual budget process and quarterly forecasting within the group.
- Complete robust forecasts, evidence-based plans, and accurate budgets.
- Attend forecasting meetings with different business units and be responsible for delivering analysis for the Board to review results and monitor financial performance.
- Support the Division at quarterly business reviews/budget & forecast reviews as Finance lead.
- Challenge forecasts and budgets to ensure they are evidence-based and accurate.
- Drive Finance transformation in the Business Partner and FP&A function.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- 5-7 years post Qualified experience
- Advanced Excel skills required for financial modelling
- Experience in Power BI methodology
Salary:
- £80,000-£85,000
- 10% Bonus
- 25 Days annual leave
- Pension- 5/3%
- 3 days in the office with 2 from home
