Job Description
- Lead and influence strategic decision-making and financial performance within the business
- Develop and maintain effective financial forecasting and reporting systems
- Provide key financial insights to drive business strategy
- Collaborate with senior management to establish financial and operational goals
- Work closely with other departments to improve profitability and efficiency
- Implement and monitor effective financial control systems
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:
- A professional qualification in accountancy (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
- Strong financial forecasting and reporting skills
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive business strategy
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
