LHH are currently working with a leading Sussex based business with the recruitment of a Senior Finance Business Partner (IT) role on a permanent basis. This highly successful business has been through a period of significant growth and due to this they are now looking to add to the team.
This Finance Business Partner role is a key position within the organisation and will have responsibility for supporting the IT function within the company. You will ensure that you are supporting decision making at a senior level and highlighting key financial issues and risks.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Financial support for the strategic plan
- Run future financial projections.
- Budgeting, forecasting, reporting and control of the P&L
- Cash flow and capital adequacy management; scenario analysis and risk management support
- Project reporting and investment appraisal.
- Working with business areas and finance to drive value through an integrated strategic and annual Plan.
Key skills / experience:
- Qualified Accountant with some PQE (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven Finance Business Partnering experience of an IT function is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge senior stakeholders.
- Strong systems / Excel Skills. Power BI knowledge would be desirable.
The role is being recruited on a hybrid basis 2 days a week in the Crawley office and is paying £70k plus good bonus and benefits.
