SalaryGrafton Banks Finance is recruiting a Senior Finance Business Partner (Qualified) for a rapidly expanding and instantly recognizable global business in Sussex.
The main purpose is to take a lead on driving profitable growth, lead the business plan process, managing the P&L, communicating the firm's results to leadership team and providing strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Business Finance the main responsibilities include acting as Finance Business Partner for the Leadership Team to contribute to the operational decision-making process, deliver the business plan this year, and prepare the Financial Board Pack for the Board of Directors.
The successful candidate will be-
- Fully Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA (essential)
- Strong Business Partnering and planning experience from a large and/or complex business (ideally multinational).
- Evidence of project success
