SalarySenior Finance Business Partner
Birmingham / Hybrid
£65-70,000 + £6,000 car allowance + 14% bonus + 5% pension
Working exclusively with Seymour John, our client is a successful industrial services company helping to keep companies and vital infrastructure operating at full capacity and efficiency.
Your role will be to provide first class Finance Support and thought leadership to regional Sales and Ops teams. You will operate as a key member of a forward-looking Finance Team focused on providing valuable finance insight to regional management teams and other stakeholders. Future development opportunities will be available within the finance team.
The Opportunity
- This role will focus on providing Finance Business Partner insight to the Service Centre network and it’s management team reporting to the Head of Finance and Accounting.
- As a key member of a forward-looking Finance Business Partner team you will be providing financial reporting and analysis, providing key insight into business performance and lending excellent support and influence to the decision-making process.
- This is an exciting high-profile opportunity to play a key part in the development of the structure of the UK business.
- The role offers a real opportunity to shape the development of the Service Centre organisation.
- Act as an ambassador of company values and communicate in a compelling way to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Co-ordination of weekly and monthly reporting and insight into key performance drivers v budget and financial forecasts.
- Develop and manage a key suite of KPIs that focus the management team on our Organic Growth project.
- Demonstrate improvement in business performance.
Skills & Experience Needed
Qualified Accountant with proven track record of success in Business Partnering
Knowledge and experience of working with a fully integrated ERP platform
A good knowledge of PowerBI applications
Able to analyse, provide key insights and influence decision making
Genuine Team player
Excellent communication skills
