Senior Finance Business Partner

Broster Buchanan are working with a collaborative organisation based in Newcastle upon Tyne to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner. The role is expected to last for 6-9 months however does have the potential to become permanent. 
The Senior Finance Business Partner will support the Chief Finance Officer in relation to fulfilling all statutory requirements including supporting the production of the annual Statement of Accounts, liaising with the external auditor and responding to external audit queries.
- lead on the implementation of business process improvements including
finance systems development, particularly in relation to the 
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- prepare, control and monitor revenue and capital budgets including
input to statutory and relevant budget monitor reports.
- develop strategies and policy on Capital, Treasury Management and
borrowing.
- identify additional income generation opportunities and/or savings.
- provide financial support to specific revenue and capital projects.
- provide employee supervision, coaching and mentoring as appropriate.
Flexible working is available with some office presence is required. The successful candidate should be available to commence employment within the next 1-2 weeks.
