Senior Finance Business Partner

My client, a global marketing services group is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner. You will collaborate closely with the UK Creative, Health, Influence, Production teams and CFO, as well as leadership teams to influence the strategic direction of the business. Your insights and financial expertise will support senior leadership in making well-informed decisions through robust financial planning and management information.

Key responsibilities:

• You will be offering support to fuel growth initiatives. You'll work towards implementing commercial best practices, adopting a holistic 'Power of One' perspective.

• You will be the backbone of financial management information delivery, developing strategies alongside agency leadership teams, ensuring they align seamlessly with our goals in the short, medium, and long term. You will be familiar with preparing Budgets and rolling forecast updates.

• You will lead the charge in embracing technological advancements to streamline processes and elevate our business impact. We are particularly looking for people with experience of implementing resource and scoping management tools and methodologies.

• You will contribute to building and nurturing talent and upholding commitment to diversity, setting clear goals, and championing success in a collaborative environment.

• Building trusted partnerships with members of the agency leadership teams, ensuring you are providing them with tools, direction and information to increase their commercial mindset to work to support the growth of the business. Experience of partnering with Operations/Project Management teams is also a bonus.

Essential Experience:

• Leadership and Financial Acumen - a seasoned finance leader, adept at guiding dynamic teams to success.
• A qualified accountant with a history of thriving in large organizations.
• Industry Experience:
  • Bonus points for experience in media, advertising, or digital industries.
• Project Management:
  • Successfully manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
