Sellick Partnership are exclusively recruiting an Senior Finance Business Partner for George Eliot Hospital based in Nuneaton, West Midlands on a permanent basis.
Our client are an acute service provider who are on a journey to continually provide high quality, safe and responsive services to the community it serves. The Senior Finance Business Partner will work alongside the Finance Leadership Team, Operational teams and Triumvirates in providing overall financial leadership and direction to the directorates, comprising a range of clinical specialties and corporate areas.
Key responsibilities for the Senior Finance Business Partner are;
- Leadthe monthly management accounts
- Manage the financial performance
- Take responsibility for budget setting
- To lead the Planning process
- Manage the financial performance against agreed financial targets
- Financial Forecasting
- Support the production of the statutory annual accounts
- Identifying, deliver and record cost improvement plans.
The Ideal candidate for the Senior Finance Business Partner will have;
- CCAB (or equivalent) qualified accountant - or equivalent experience
- Experience of computerised accounting and financial systems
- Familiarity with financial and accounting software systems
- Experience of investigation and analysis into financial issues
- Public Sector experience.
